Alongide Local Brand Ambassador Ella Jones, TOMA Group Co-Founder Hartono (Ono) will give an informative masterclass, sharing insights around “how to make your bar the talk of the town”, especially small bars with limited resources. Acting also as both a Chef and Bartender, Hartono will also dive into some unique flavour pairing philosophies and tips playing an integral part in the TOMA Brasserie's cocktail menu earning a prestigious spot as one of the Top 3 in the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu Award 2024, chosen from countless global submissions and recognized by Asia’s Best Bars 2024.
